CX Designer

The cx designer plays an important role in the project.

cx designer analyze the current applications that users see and conduct interviews.  So, cx designer design the most necessary functions to be easy to use.  And it defines how the application should behave and be viewed.  Defines pop-ups, screen transitions, and even error pages.

Without this process, developers would create features as they understood them, and customers would end up using inconvenient systems.

At the beginning of the project, pm, cx designer, and customer must be put together, and there must be active communication.

In my experience, late input of cx designers causes screen redevelopment and development schedule delays.
