The security management system is a continuous improvement activity, and the level is evaluated based on the activity history, and the improvement effect is confirmed through re-evaluation after operating for 2 to 3 months.
We find areas lacking in the current level, prepare measures for improvement, and make up for them. If there is an issue that is difficult to resolve on its own, it can be discussed through the security council.
When an issue arises, the head office and the corporation must discuss related issues together.
We need to discuss solutions (investment, education, manpower input, development, etc.) together and receive a decision from management.
