Using online banks, whenever, whereever you can banking service.
Using Offline banks, you can use the banks between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m Monday to Friday. Also you can ATM Machine.

General MP : 은행은 항상 많은 사람들로 붐빈다. 그리고 많이 기다려야 한다. 그래서 나는 오프라인 은행을 잘 이용하지 않는다.

Past experience.
MP : 2주전에 은행에 갔다. 여행을 위해서 환전을 하기 위해 갔다.  모바일 앱으로 환전을 신청하고 정해진 시간에 가면 은행원이 달러로 환전을 해주었다.
오랜만에 갔는데 많이 기다렸다. 하지만 bank staff are very polite and helpful.
